Returns & Exchanges 
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Returns and exchange details
I except returns and exchanges provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. After we have given the ok to ship, the item is to be returned to us in the same condition it was received (within 7 days of the original delivery date) to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping
** If you are in need of faster shipping, it is your responsibility to notify us before you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

** I cannot be held responsible for lost OR stolen packages, although I will do my best to work on this with you, should this problem happen please contact me.

**My shipping is automatically calculated. Rocks are heavy and fragile therefore more to ship than most items. Sometimes the calculated shipping can be a bit off especially for international orders. If you feel yours is especially odd please reach out to me and I will do my best to get it as low as possible. I always refund shipping overages over $3 dollars.
